Does mobile phones really matter? Since a while now, mobile phones and mobile engineering is improving constantly and everyone wants to get the „Killer App“ on the market. But what is needed for the „Killer app“? A good markete analysis? Understanding your customer(s)? This question is not easy to answer, because first, the customer does not know exactly what he wants and second engineers does not know how to leverage the customer needs. Me, as a IT-coach know that the mobile engineering and mobile managment part is the most tricky part in providing the best service for the very sensitive customer in terms of frustration.
